A quick and effortless weight change

A dial mechanism features a rotating handle which surges forward in a definite length to catch the weight plates, as you twist it. A dial displays the weight number and you are set to lift within a blink.  The handle is constructed from aluminium and features a 1.2mm moderate knurling.

Flat bottoms to rest

The steel weight plates are machined steel and have a distinctive flat bottom which can be rested upon the thighs for support during presses. The plates are perfectly slotted to fit into each other as well as the handle while the adjustments are made.

Workout just anywhere conveniently

This dumbbell is compact and can be easily stored anywhere in your workout space as it comes with a tailor fit case made of chrome plated railings and Polymer covers. No more need for racks for storing a range of fixed weights.
