Why this GHD (Glute Ham Developer) Machine?

This Tank Like Built, BullrocK’s GHD machine is made to strengthen your posterior chain muscles (glutes, hamstrings, and lower back), also it is ideal equipment to train your spinal erectors safely. Additionaly you can turn around and use the Glute Ham Developer to target abdominal muscles too.

It has a sturdy frame constructed with 11-gauge CR steel- 70x50mm pipe with a 6mm thick laser cut profile, making it super stable.

Though it is beefy 87kg, the PU wheels are provided for portability, making it easy to move around.

One of the distinctive feature of our GHD is the smooth and effortless guide rod sliding mechanism for horizontal adjustment of the footpad position as per the user’s height. There are 15 horizontal and 6 vertical adjustments possible.

The roller footpads feature high density durable padding and a proprietary tough-guard rexin. The Chequered plate at the bottom provides grip to your feet. This insures firm locking of your feet.

Our GHD comes with 6 band pegs in front, which can be used for resistance work.

The rubber sleeve mounted 38mm pipes in front help get on and off the GHD with ease, along with the maneuverability.
