Selectorized machines use fixed cable paths and engineered resistance curves for smooth, linear resistance, while the OX2 attachment is plate loaded and follows a different leverage path. Because of this, 70 to 80 kg on the OX2 will not feel the same as 70 to 80 kg on a selectorized machine.

Best suited for home gym accessory work, the attachment is ideal for moderate controlled training in the 8 to 12 rep range.
