Why This Multi Grip Camber Bar?

To reduce the stress on your shoulders and wrists and overcome the limitation of range of motion, this multi grip camber bar lets you choose both the width and angle of the handle. This way you build a bar that is optimized for your size and training preferences.

This 27kg Bar has six 29mm diameter knurled handles which are adjustable and removable. They can be positioned anywhere along the bar’s long frame, It lets you opt for a specific width. The bar comes with an allen key, so that you can change the handle position when needed.

The cambered shape allows for a greater range of motion when using the outer handles on certain movements (such as bench or rows). Also, it helps to improve stability and reduce wobbling, as the bar’s centre of mass–relative to hand placement–is lower.

The cambered frame is built from 11 gauge steel tubing and the shaft and sleeves are hard chromed. It featured an interlocking nut joint to connect the shaft with the sleeve, and friction welded sleeve to the cambered steel frame. The sleeves rotate in the style of a standard Olympic barbell.

It is suitable for various exercises such as Bench press, Overhead Press, Rowing, Biceps and Triceps Curls, etc.
