Why This Birch Plyo Box?

A fully assembled Box with 3 different heights. BullrocK’s BirchWood plyo box is built robust for carrying out explosive plyometric training, safely and effectively.

It is versatile and can be simply flipped to any of the three height positions making it suitable for box jumps, step-ups, one-arm rows, elevated push-ups, dips, burpee variations, accessory work, and more.

This Plyometric jump box is constructed from top-grade 18mm thick Russian Birch wood ply and has interior support panels for better cohesion. The plywood is sanded and smoothed to provide safety and gives a burly rustic look to the box.

The three faces are marked with vertical height for easy understanding while rotating. It is delivered to you as fully assembled with precision along with inbuilt handles for convenient portability.
