The self generating magnetic flywheel is 15kg and gives a smooth riding feel.
You can adjust the resistance, change seat positions and access the bottle holder, all while being seated and peddling, without bending or standing up. The pulse sensor handles are also positioned to be accessed while sitting in a recumbent position.
