 Load Mechanics and Versatility:

 Works with simple mechanics, the Weight plates can be loaded on the SS horns and lifted via a lever arm pivoted with the pad. Horns are compatible with all Olympic Standard Plates, and can be loaded to increase weights. It features a belt which can be looped into your feet to utilize full range of motion for the sway.

Suitable for any user, it features adjustable handles with rubberised grip having 28mm diameter. The handles can be adjusted via pin lock mechanism with 8mm support plates, which feature an UHMW lining inside to facilitate smooth movement.

Construction:

The frame is constructed with 60 x 60mm steel tubes with 6mm thick support plates, and rubber caps at the base for stability. The chest resting cushion measures 945 x 520mm and has a 130mm thick support. The entire assembly weighs 105kg, stands at a height of 1225mm and takes a footprint of 1305 x 1100mm
