The 9” diameter log is fully welded and constructed from robust 11-gauge steel with a textured black powder coating, providing superior grip during cleans. The 8″ parallel, neutral grip handles are fully knurled, 32mm in diameter. They are strategically spaced 600mm apart for optimal balance and comfort during overhead presses, bench presses, and more. Extra-large hand holes accommodate forearm space, enhancing comfort during lifts.

The log bar is 71.25” /1810mm long weighing 22kg. The Log Bar is built to handle heavy loads and can be additionally loaded with standard Olympic plates. It has a sleeve diameter of 48mm and a loadable sleeve length of 335mm.
