Orders placed once, especially prepaid, cannot be cancelled without the verification of our team.

We recommend you to carefully go through all the product description, pictures, features and specifications before making payments.

  • Prepaid orders, which are cancelled before shipping are eligible for refund only after a verification from our sales team.

  • Offline orders are not subject to cancellation once the advance payment is made, whether full or partial

Shipping Policies

Our Ship Heroes work meticulously to effectively deliver your new products!

Orders for most in-stock parcel items placed by 2PM are shipped on the same business day.

We work with Courier Services and Private Transporters across India to deliver your order. Expected delivery time is 3 to15 days after the product is shipped, depending on delivery location.

Orders are assigned tracking numbers at the time they are processed and sent to the carrierrs to be shipped. Please allow up to 1 business day to track after you receive shipment notification email having the tracking information.

You cannot add items to the existing order. However, you can contact our sales team to process the order offline, or place a new order on the website.

Same Day Shipping is applicable to in-stock item orders placed and prepaid on the website bullrockfitness.com before 3pm IST from Monday to Friday, shipping limited to India.  If we are required to contact you to validate or modify your order or payment details, your shipment might experience delays. Same Day Shipping indicates that your order is dispatched from BullrocK’s warehouse the same day.

It’s important to note that BullrocK cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, civil unrest, road accidents,  or any other acts of nature beyond our control. This offer excludes any orders placed during any offer or sale period.

Terms and Conditions for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Once the order is shipped, products are eligible for returns and replacement only under the following conditions,

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If a product is defective or arrives damaged, customers should contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: If customers receive an incorrect item, they should contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped out and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the incorrect item.

  3. Missing Parts or Accessories: If a product is missing parts or accessories, customers should contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will work to resolve the issue by sending the missing parts or accessories or by arranging for a replacement.

  4. Warranty Claims: For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should refer to the warranty information provided with the product.   1. Exchange unused Product: Customers have changed their mind and wish to buy a different product due to color, size, aesthetics or any other personal preferences. In this case, return and replacement will be processed if the product is in unused condition, with original packaging. Customer will have to bear the shipping charges for both delivery and return pick up

Notes:

Please note that no monetary refund is applicable, verified and approved returns are eligible either for replacement or credits which can be utilised to purchase any other product from BullrocK.

In case of monetary compensation in exceptional cases, it may take us 5-7 business days to refund to the original source of payment

Wear and Tear during handling and transit will be considered for returns and replacements if and only if,

Customers have diligently followed the steps mentioned in the given video while accepting the delivery

All Final Sale items cannot be returned. Non-returnable purchases include Custom items, Made-to-order items, and Blemish items

Return and Replacement Processing

  • All return requests should be formally notified to our service team within 3 days of delivery. Customers can connect with our executives or send and email to care@bullrockfitness.com

  • Once a request is received, a ticket will be raised with our concerned team to facilitate promt action. You will receive an acknowlegement and proposed solution within the first 48 hours on business days

  • We may ask you to produce pictures and videos of the defective or damaged product you have received & based on that the return/replacement will be approved.

  • If in case we find that the issue can be resolved by providing technical assistance, we may request you a video call session. In the video call session, our technical expert will assist you in resolving the issue.

  • If the issue gets resolved by the provided video call assistance, then the product is not eligible for return or Replacement. If not yet resolved, then don’t worry, we stand behind our product & customer satisfaction, we will send you a new product by picking up the defective one.

  • Approved returns/ replacement will be scheduled for return pick up within 2-3 business days and customers will be notified of the same.

Terms and Conditions for Availing Coupon Code

  • Offer valid only for first-time orders placed by logged-in users on the official website.
  • Limited-time offer. Company reserves the right to change or withdraw without prior notice.
  • Discount will be automatically applied at checkout once eligibility is met. Optionally, users may apply promocode (if provided).
