Why This 3 Post Bench?

A stable backing!

Fulfilling a single yet effective and targeted function of bench press, this Hedgehog flat bench is especially designed for Powerlifters and serious athletes.

For a heavy and targeted bench press, it has a 3 post T frame design, facilitating a free feet placement at the single front post without any obstacle. Unlike usual two post designs, where the front wide leg frame is an obstacle for feet, the single post in this design avoids that. Also, the 2 T shaped posts enable uniform weight distribution during a bench press.

The T frame has triangular support plates connecting the bench to the standing legs. 2 posts of the standing leg has a half hexagonal base to add to the stability and avoid wobble even during your heaviest bench press movements.

The seat features a 75mm thick Medium-Hard density pad with a proprietary grippy rexine, making it firm yet comfortable for your scapula while bench pressing.

Laser-cut Support Frame constructed with 5mm thick steel, and 11-gauge 75x75mm CR steel Pipe, Strong enough to handle even the world record weight of bench press .

It has rubber end caps on both the ends of the standing legs so that the bench does not move while you train, once positioned. The rubber base provides added stability.

The bench weighs 32 kg. For mobility, it has caster wheels, and a 25mm knurled handle to hold up, which are distinguishing features to regular flat benches.

It takes a footprint of 1200mm x 595mm
