Why This 3 Post Bench?

A stable backing for serious bench pressing.

Designed specifically for Powerlifters and serious athletes, the Hedgehog is a dedicated flat bench built for heavy and focused bench press training.

Its 3-post T-frame design provides completely free foot placement around the single front post. Unlike conventional two-post benches, there is no wide front leg obstructing your preferred foot position. The two T-shaped support posts also help distribute load evenly during heavy bench presses.

Triangular support plates reinforce the connection between the bench frame and standing legs, while the wide rubber bottoms provide increased floor contact and improved stability, especially under the centre post.

The bench features a 75 mm thick, medium-hard density pad, with the same pad density and upholstery standard used across the Panzer, Gorilla, Nebula and Saturn lines, providing a firm, supportive and grippy surface for stable scapular positioning.

The heavy-duty frame uses laser-cut 5 mm steel support plates and 11-gauge 75 × 75 mm CR steel tubing, providing the rigidity required for serious strength training.

For easy mobility, the Hedgehog features caster wheels and a 32 mm diameter handle with durable non-absorbent TPR grips and aluminium end caps.

The bench weighs 32 kg and has a compact footprint of 120 × 59.5 cm.
