The Pentagon Bar redefines explosive and velocity based training experience, with its unique design.  Resembling a T or wide tuning fork, this bar utilizes a conventional barbell to attach to a landmine, ground, or fixed support. This Specialty bar features 32mm diameter swivel handles and a barbell sleeve on the outside, with two large plate pegs on the right and left sides for loading weights.

The Pentagon Bar’s  design allows for a radial swing motion, providing stability and motion control for users. Its structure and function make it suitable for a variety of exercises, while offering versatility. Whether it’s ground-based points of contact or higher points, such as eye-level placement of the landmine or support device, the Pentagon Bar provides flexibility.

It is has a fully welded construction using 11gauge CR Steel tubes. Landmine attachment tube has an inner diameter of 51mm compatible with standard barbell sleeves. Overall it is 1465mm long and has loadable sleeve length of 290mm.
