The Short Bar is a compact version of our Black Panther Bar – Bushing Claws. This 72″ Rack-able Bar is aptly functional for multidisciplinary training where space crunch is an issue. In compact home gyms, or a busy commercial training facility, or especially Crossfit group training, you achieve nearly 15” of space-saving efficiency versus a full-length Olympic bar. This allows maximum number of athletes to train simultaneously in a closer proximity.
This 6 ft Olympic Bar is convenient to rack with standard power racks and squat stands , because the spacing between sleeves is same as a full-length barbell, allowing athletes to perform movements that haven’t traditionally been practical with short bars, such as the snatch and overhead squats.
Its distinctive feature is the sleeve length 230mm, which despite being short has a loading capacity of 110kg to 350kg depending on the thickness of plates.
